Suit for the couple who need professional to design and plan their wedding from beginning, but they will have someone else to follow up on their wedding. 12 hours wedding day service. 4 times consultation meeting. (up to 4 hours each meeting.) Unlimited email and phone consultation. (WhatsApp, WeChat accepted) Budget development and analysis. Creation of theme, color, design, and decor. Site visit and walk thru. Contract negotiation. Schedule, coordinate, and attend all vendors meeting as needed. Assistance with selecting and booking vendors. Research ceremony and reception venue. Development seating chart. Development floor plan and layout. Catering menu and bar planning. Vendor payment schedule. Development wedding day timeline. Follow up calls/ emails with vendors Custom comprehensive wedding checklist. Regular progress report. Marriage license information. Expense tracking and notification. Liability insurance. Assistance with hotel accommodation for out of town guests. Assistance with ceremony rehearsal. Act as a liaison between the bride and the vendor. Distribute final payments and gratuity to vendors and service providers. Review all vendors and make confirmation of vendors service. $50 per hour for additional time. 30% deposit at signing contract with balance due on 7days before the wedding. Payment can be make by credit card, check, Paypal, WePay or Alipay.
