Suit for the couple who had plan everything for their wedding but need a professional to help on their wedding day. 12 hours wedding day service. Up to 12 hours consultation. Unlimited email and phone consultation. (WhatsApp, WeChat accepted) Site visit and walk thru. Liability insurance. Development wedding day timeline. Follow up calls/ emails with vendors you selected. On-site supervision for ceremony and reception site set-up. Ensure all items necessary for the wedding are in place. Coordination of ceremony and reception. Helping wedding party get into place and ready to walk down the aisle. Cue services for the ceremony and reception. (musicians, toasts) Distribute final payments and gratuity to vendors and service providers. Act as a liaison between the bride and the vendor. Personal management of the wedding day itinerary, vendors, and wedding party. Wedding day emergency kit. Transportation assistant. Assist you and your family with any matters that arise. ONLY accept work 3weeks prior to the wedding. $50 per hour for additional time. 30% deposit at signing contract with balance due on 7days before the wedding. Payment can be make by credit card, check, Paypal, WePay or Alipay.
